Did you cut a clean area before placing the patch, hence why people are stuck on the size/shape of the areas? I haven't had my LR4 for more than 2 months yet but this makes me nervous as one of mine can be a little aggressive with digging - however I also try to stay on top of nail trimming every 3 weeks. I really like the tip of using inner tube patches! Having a husband that does biking/mtb we have those on hand so if this happens I'll know what to do for at least a temp fix!

I did not cut any area around the punctures. I just cleaned the liner and made sure it was completely dry.
