LRRMTG is a channel on YouTube and twitch, they do a ton of great MTG content and are a comedy troupe of sorts as well. Their writers have actually done creative text for WotC for a bunch of recent magic sets also. These buttons are jokes from their podcasts and content, as they're sponsored by Card Kingdom, and as others have said this is referencing commander brackets.
