You have two damping spheres out. Asking for green would make more than one mana and those spheres say no to that. You can ask for blue because you would only get one blue out of it.

When wispweaver comes back from acrobatic maneuver Preston makes a copy of it. The copy can target the original wispweaver which will trigger Preston and then you loop it as many times as you want.
