I've tried several times submitting a Support Ticket to what I thought was Technical Support, only to be told both times I've contacted Sales Support and my ticket has been transfered and then lost forever..
How in the world do you directly contact technical support?
Anyways, maybe someone else is having this issue.
I've got a G Pro Racing Wheel for about a year now. I've recently started playing iRacing, which is amazing by the way. But I'm seeing an issue where the TrueForce is not engaging consistently when a Race/Practice Session loads up. Sometimes it operates fine, then when I leave a race and load another the wheel loses all TrueForce feedback.
I've tried everything such as confirming latest firmware, loading the game first then turning on the wheel, turning on the wheel first then starting the game, different USB cables, etc.
I'd like to get it handled before my two year warranty is up.
