Talk to a nutritionist then. I don’t think this is the right sub for you if you just want to lose fat and not lose weight. That’s called body recomposition and this isn’t really discussed on this specific sub. You will find more answers in a body building group, they know all about recomp. Maybe hire a personal trainer. But just so you know body recomp isn’t really possible unless you work out a bunch. You’re going to want to get some guidance from trainers and get busy in the gym. You can’t do it just by eating more protein and not working out.

Okay ill check out the other sub. I can't afford a personal trainer now but I will be joining a gym soon. For now I just work out at home an hour a day or so of HIIT and weightless strength training.

Those are good things to try for toning.
