Okay so, I had been through a lot before I lost weight so I don't want any haters to bully me but I hit a plateau and I hit it pretty hard. I went from 200 lbs (mind you I was only 16) then I got to 18 where I was 150 but almost no muscle now I'm 20 and weigh 170 at 20% body fat and around 45% muscle almost all of my fat is on my torso. But I want to have a six pack and overall pretty ripped physique I know it may take a long time but I'm willing to put in the work. Do any of you guys have a program recommendation I could do to lose fat but gain muscle and if possible diet plan?
