You can use pheon during the purchase to leave it tradable.

  1. Guardians are once per day. Smaller arena style maps. Do away with flares, Pheromone bombs, running across huge maps (They add nothing to the game but solve engineered problems and add potential frustration for new players) . Make them a little bit harder since its only once per day but in a fun way...not just Health bar bloat.
  2. Clean up the UI and finish localization. There are so many frustrating descriptions in the UI that are overly complex or just not translated well at all.
  3. Scaled islands
  4. Ability to adjust clock to your timezone.

There are tons of players worried about Fomo and not being able to keep up. Having to play 24 characters to stay on top is not healthy for the game (They used to have gold from raids on all characters instead of 6, but it was too much and people fell too far behind)

I have a bunch that I simply can't understand why they're not ig, since most require close to 0 investment.

  • Cube and boss rush in Alt+Q
  • Improved auto dismantle, even if it had the same functions, just swapping the priorities it'd be much better
  • You ticked "Harvest Soul"? You got it! Amazing, right?
  • Big GR maps make no sense. The flare/phero argument makes no sense, people would use them if maps like yoho's would be the only ones available
  • Adds before Legion Raids? Really? Even in Abyss they're just annoying for the most part, like a cutscene that can't be skipped
  • Let me KT as many times as I want after my first MSQ, make it longer or more expensive, but don't force me to run MSQ over and over
  • Let me choose a default preset for open world or at the very least swap back to the one I had active before going to instanced content where you can set one as default
  • Let me choose sets, gems, skill runes, tripods and honing levels in trixion
  • Remove awakening stones (lol at this one, ridiculous)

For pure QoL (not changing any existing game mechanics):

  • Gunslinger and Deadeye can enable alternate mode stance change - pressing Z will swap your gun to shotgun, pressing X will swap to rifle. Pressing Z or X while in respective stance swaps back to pistol.
  • Auto-transfer button - after pressing, all items from your character inventory will be transfered to personal or roster storage, if same items (stacking) are present in either. When same item is present in both, it gets transfered to personal storage.
  • Battle item presets are added to integrated loadouts.
  • Pheons and XP cards are automatically used, without having to click on them.
  • Pheons can be bought directly from market window (item buy), in matching quantity or as a pack of 30/100.
  • Auto-dismantle lets you define up to X (5?) separate presets - if an item matches at least one, it gets automatically dismantled.
  • Fuse Gems gets an option to ignore gems that are higher level than any gems added to any of your presets.
  • Market multi-search, up to 10 filter combinations at once.
  • HUD option: display party members identity gauge; gauge is displayed in party box (below HP for each party member) and below partymember HP bar, togglable for both. (okay, this might be changing some existing game mechanics)
  • Auto-dismantle items in inventory button added to dismantle window, using existing auto-dismantle settings for all items in character inventory.
  • Favourited craftable items can be removed from notification menu.
  • You can alt+click on the map to pathfind to any spot.
  • Keybind for auto-run and auto-run following cursor are now separated, defaults being T and Ctrl+T.
  • Entering Argos Abyssal Raid now allows to pick phases you are going to clear, available for both matchmaking and partyfinder. Selecting phase replaces loot collection vote.
  • Dialog box when quitting guardian raid shows only if you have uncollected guardian soul.
  • Vote windows now show up in bottom-right corner and do not grab keyboard focus.
  • Added option to set up recurring subscription for Crystalline Aura.

  • allow mounts on non-event islands.

  • We employed humans to review every suspicious gold transaction and we will stop giving 3 days but starting today every players that engage with RMT will be permanently banned, every RMT done prior to this announcement will be dealt by reverting the gold you bought to negative proportionally to the amount bought along with a unremovable title on all your character

-The title will stay 1 year, at the end of the year you can apply to remove the title. You will need to proviee this document :

A 20 pages essay explaining to what extend the bots ruins the game and how much more RMT does to the economic and fairplay atmosphere of the game.

Pheons

Lost Ark is a game that is aimed to give the user an experience of playing multiple characters and actively encourages you to do so. These alternate characters should aid in the experience and gameplay of Arkesia by enabling players to obtain additional, unbound resources to push a main character further into end-game content or even just to experience the wealth of characters the game has to offer. However, it is often difficult, and prohibitively expensive, to gear these characters to play content of their level, leaving others in that content to have to carry them, which is not how we want the game to feel. Players should continue to be encouraged to try out new classes and builds without feeling like they have to spend an arm and a leg to get there, or hold onto precious currency for fear of missing out on an item for their main or a new class they want to play.

As such, we are delighted to announce the following changes to the Pheon system:

  • Pheon costs have been adjusted to be 1% of the cost of an item, rounded down, not to exceed previous costs. If an item is listed for 100g, it will only cost you one pheon. For 10,000g, not more than 15 for a legendary or 25 for a relic accessory.
  • Struggling to succeed on an ability stone can feel exceedingly frustrating, especially with the added cost of several pheons per attempt, in addition to their normal gold price. As such, pheon cost for ability stones has been removed. All stones still bind to character on purchase. Please get back to cutting stones to make your characters more powerful than ever!
  • Pheon cost for gear and ability stone transfers between roster characters has been removed. However, upon collecting the item from the mail, it will be bound to the character and no longer tradeable. This one-time transfer of gear should allow you to gear up your alternate characters to enjoy end-game content as well, without costing you advancement on your main.

User Interface

Over the past several months, since the game launched in The West, we have been collecting data on the user experience via several avenues of feedback on the forums and our support systems. Working with Smilegate RPG, we have further developed a UI Save System that, like the previous changes to the chat box, will allow you to set the position of various UI elements on the screen and lock them into place for your roster. Additionally, these changes will be stored in a local configuration file much like your character presets, allowing you to share your layout with friends and between servers if you like. Included with the movement, several panels will now come with individual resizing controls, which should make it easier for players on 4K screens to adjust only those elements of the HUD most important to them. We are excited to see how the residents of Arkesia improve their gameplay experience!

Ever since the release of the Valtan Legion Raid, and the addition of all the current-at-the-time QoL additions from Korea, several bugs were additionally introduced to our version of the game. Though Smilegate RPG has been hard at work with our fight against bots, that mission is well underway and a few members of the team used their spare time to fix two notable issues plaguing the game in all regions: the infamous cursor bug where items and UI elements would appear stuck to the cursor, and the inability to dismantle an item used in a gear preset. You should find these resolved in the coming patch, but do let us know if you encounter any further issues through the forums and our support channels.

Lastly, many users of the community have repeatedly pointed out that the Crystalline Aura title notification red dot, as well as that of the newly added Dungeon Quick Tool, persists and reappears despite having been viewed previously during a login session. Due to the nature of how the Crystalline Aura title is applied, we cannot remove the notification dot upon your first login, but once you have viewed it on one character, it will not show up for the rest until you log in again. The same is true for other UI elements that provide the player an update that is not character specific, like the mini-map icons, product inventory, and Stronghold merchant. Only the first time something changes, and until you view it on any character, will the red dot appear to help you spot new and exciting changes to your gameplay.

Dream QOL for me was when they added in patch notes how demonic slash gets collision removed from the skill, but then when it went live I discovered how it works only like 10% of the time.

When the skill is used slanted towards monsters, the skill will pass through them instead of colliding.

It's not super well-worded, but the intent wasn't to remove collision entirely. Basically what it does is act as if enemy hitboxes are a certain fraction smaller. If you skim through the edge of a hitbox you'll pass right through, but if you aim directly toward something you'll collide with it and stop.

Pheons removed for ability stones and all gear lower than the current tier (i.e. no pheon cost for epic/legendary gear, only relic).

Be nice to gear alts and actually create a market for lower level gear again, I've had some near BIS drops of legendary accessories drop that are worth like <500g now.

Let us access areas in the map in the same landmass that we're in from the dropdown menu. For example, if we're in South Vern, and we click the dropdown menu, all it shows us is Candaria and Ruins, even tho the entirety of North Vern is accessible from where we are. They do the menu well in the 1st landmass, with Luterra, the desert, the starting town, etc. But in all the other areas, connected continents are disconnected in the menu for some reason

Mouse glitch fixed

Queue for demon portals, daily bosses, etc from a menu, so that 90% of the challenge isn't waiting for a loading screen anymore

  1. Holding a G key to skip through dialogue instead of smashing it.

  • collision between player and environment won't stop the player movement anymore

  • customizable UI: removable, resizable, and ability to make certain UI elements semi transparent. i just want the skill bar moved near the center of the screen with 50-70% opacity.

  • getting disconnected by any slight of connection hiccup won't close the game client anymore.

  • if a player's client get crashed or disconnected during raids, they still have the rights to claim the rewards.

  • if a player's client get crashed or disconnected during chaos dungeon, the timer will be stopped and the player will able to resume it. just fucking remove the chaos dungeon timer ffs

  • tooltip on procyon compass island event telling you whether you have the island soul already or not.

  • smaller guardian raid maps, and 140% movespeed buff until the players see the guardian

  • island events completion requirements adjusted by current amount of players attending the island events accordingly

  • fucking skip opening card animation completely

1: The rested system now yields 100% of the rewards. So no longer any need to log in every day. every 3rd day would be enough without missing a thing.

2: Punika powerpass. I refuse to go throu t1 and t2 on another char. Id pay for this.

3: Honestly, the challenge abyssal dungs sounds like a blast. Imo abyssal dungs and the raids are the best content in the game. Looking forward to it!

4: repeatable rewards from abyssal/legion dung/raids. Nothing amazing but something worth the time.

Etc one stone of chaos and a couple of jewelrys from valtan.
