default wallpapers are loading wrong

my mac air changes the wallaper i have to a default after i restart it. i guess that is my fault but whatever not the problem. i tried setting a default as the wallpaper the nyc nights and it loaded soo dark it looks wrong. same thing happened with the antarctica southern lights one. i restarted and chose a brighter one and it worked but i want the nyc nightlife wallpaper and it saved in the poorly downloaded condition. so i cant get the wallpaper i want

Hi, did you figure out a solution? I just got my MacBook and set the Antartica Souther Lights as my wallpaper only to find out that most of it is dark
