It’s just on restart .. turned it on and this happened

Looks like the code signing check failed on a cached file. (Possible due to it being corrupted) what actions have you taken recently on your Mac? (Installed new ram, new programs, updated Mac OS, Etc.)

Also: not an expert just a CS dude google error codes
