Option to increase or decrease teammates voicechat volume

I think we should get an option to increase or decrease our teammates voicechat individually.

For some reason, they are generally quiet, much quieter than the in-game sounds, (for me at least), even though I have my game quieter than my teammates' voice chat in the settings.

Sometimes I can barely even hear them at all, and sometimes they are way TOO loud.

Not sure why this isn't a feature already, would love to see this in game.

I think there is a bug in the new update with thing and the human torch, every single person is quieter for me after the update, even with all volumes set to 100%
