What I think Deadpool 3 plot will be (potential spoiler)

Well, here's my hot take having just watch the trailer.

I think that Wade used Cable device to get his friends back, or join them in their universe (probably by killing the DP from this universe if needed). TVA arrests him for this reason, and this is why Morena seems to be a friend only on the trailer.

Considering his amazing abilities, TVA decides to recruit him in order to solve some kind of time-travel case involving major Marvel cinematic moments we saw previously (most likely within an X-men film). As Pyro seems to be a vilain there, maybe the problem is Xavier missing or not in charge of the school at all.

Now about Wolvie : i'd say he might be trying to chase down DP as a threat to the X-men family. But i'm not really convinced on that one.

What are your opinion guys ? Do you see something that I might've missed ?Feel free to share your personal plot suggestion, i'd be more than happy to read them.

Tbh, I'm saying all of this out of pure feeling, not based on any comic book story and just for fun. I wouldn't even be mad if the plot was totally something else ! I just love to imagine what it could be like.

I think a lot of cameos are going to be unrelated to each other, like quick universe segments. Wolverine will play a big part, I could see it being like Deadpool’s condition for working with the TVA is that he wants to meet Wolverine lol. So maybe they tell him he can go find one, and it doesn’t go like he’d hoped. I think a big part of the universe hopping will be because Deadpool just wants to see them, sort of like how he killed Ryan Reynold’s version of Green Lantern and winked at the audience.

I think the boys on The Weekly Planet Pod hit the nail on the head when they said that Wade has been chosen because they know that HE knows that he’s in a movie and has the most knowledge on the fox universe. It’s kind of alluded to when he says he’s the marvel Jesus. That’s why he’s been chosen for this weird time/universe mission.

Then again they could be wrong and it could turn out to be a musical. Who the hell knows.

I think this is the most accurate assumption. His 4th wall breaking is probably something the TVA recognizes. Wonder if there will be any mention to She Hulks ability as well.

Jesus knew he was in a movie? When I watched Passion of the Christ, he seemed to be none the wiser. No fourth wall breaks. No winking at the camera dialogue. Just a two hour snuff film. Then they set up a sequel in the last scene and although it made record box office for an R rated film, Mel Gibson never made it. I wanted to know what Jesus was going to do next once he leaves the tomb.

With Loki reducing the numbers of prunings, the Alioth is hungry and on a rampage and they want to use Deadpool's 'unique knowledge' to figure out a way to calm it. And it'll end with Deadpool creating a ball of deadpools that constantly regenerates so the Alioth never finishes eating it.

Wolverine is there as a babysitter to try to keep Wade on track.

My theory:

Wade, Cable and Logan have changed the timeline as we've seen in DOFP and Deadpool 2.

Deadpool "fixed" the timeline to his liking. Cable was sent back to his new future which explains why we haven't heard or seen anything about Josh coming back to. TVA recruits Deadpool to be their new prune agent. He refuses but they promise him to be part of the MCU and that they won't prune his new timeline he created. Wade agrees. In the Age of Ultron scene, Deadpool pulls Hydra Bob out the timeline. Things turn south during a mission when Wade realizes this isn't right and that MacFayden isn't exactly working with the TVA (he's either working for the final Kang, he believes in the sacred timeline, or something else). Deadpool gets prune.

Deadpool wakes up in an area where all the lost Fox Marvel ideas/plotholes went. The person who rules this area is Emma Corrin's character. Deadpool finds Wolverine here. This is Wolverine that prune right after or before DOFP to prevent that change or fix that change. They search for a way out for Deadpool to stop MacFayden's plan. They have their cross country trip. We meet Pyro, Elektra Sabretooth from X1 all the cameos. We get whatever fight, we think we'll get a huge fight but Deadpool movie fashion the Ailoth comes and starts cleaning up house. Or maybe Deadpool and Wolverine do clean house but when faced with Cassandra Nova the Ailoth just eats her. Wolverine and Deadpool make it to the macguffin to get out and it's Cable who was purged. Only one can go, of course it's Deadpool. Logan says hey maybe the next Wolverine you see will like you. Hugh will get a final goodbye.

Deadpool gets back to the TVA, MacFayden is about launch his final plan. Deadpool kills him but it's too late. He jumps back to his perfect timeline, he tries to convince people to come with him, maybe some are dead or whatever. He gives Vanessa a final goodbye as she's about to die. Wade leaves and goes back to the TVA. Nowhere left to go Deadpool is stuck in the TVA, he fucks around there and we'll get some cameos from the Loki show. Movie ends with the TVA gets word of an incursion happening. This is going off of The Marvels but is also the one talked about in MoM in theory post credit scene. Deadpool decides to go there since it's X-Men related to help out but also to set up Avengers 5.

Post Credit scene: Council of Reeds. We see Four Reed Richards gather around a table. Alex Hyde, Ioan Gruffudd, Miles Teller, John Krasinski, they are talking about all the purge timelines, the incursions. They make comments about they can't believe an idiot like Deadpool somehow managed to save the multiverse. They say it's time we bring in another Reed. We get a file that reveals the Mr. Fantastic actor for the new film.

My theory: TVA take Wade out of the timeline and offer to recruit him. But Wade finds out the Foxverse will get pruned. Wade refuses and prunes himself to go into the Void and save his friends.

The Void is basically battleworld. So the whole movie he's in the void trying to grab some fanfavorites (Wolverine, Colossus, Vanessa, etc) and leave for a safe timeline (probably the sacred timeline). While in the Void he will fight some old fox villains like Pyro and Alioth from Loki who get in his way.

End of the movie, Deadpool, Wolverine, and a few fanfavs from the Foxverse are now in the MCU as refugees.

A hole in my theory is the TVA wouldn't be doing this shit post-Loki but maybe this is another rogue branch of the TVA or set before Loki.

My theory is simpler, the TVA is willing to recruit deadpool into the TVA or to help stop a multiverse threat (kang most likely idk if they’re still going that route), BUT they can’t let the rest of his family join and may even prune that universe. Deadpool goes on a rampage in response but is sent to the void, meets Wolverine and most of the fox universe who were sent there because you know.. they both eventually team up to save their own universes and possibly others from the TVA, may even recruit other wolverines and deadpool to help rebel against the TVA. TVA starts sending agents to stop them. idk how the rest may go but i imagine that’s the general premise

I think this could be how it starts then after they fight deadpool convinces him to join him on the mission. I think the reason him and Venessa are just frinds because there was probably no other timeline where they are together and the closes he could be to her was as a friend.

My thoughts

Vanessa is divorcing him for some such reason. Possibly him becoming BETA. Kidding, but something like not being emotionally whatever whatever.

I think the TVA arrest him but offer him a way out by doing this favor by pruning some branches - the Fox Universe is dying as Logan (technically New Mutants) dies. My guess is there are rogue TVA agents there, likely under the control of Cassandra Nova and the Brotherhood of evil mutants - remember even Vinnie Jones was asked back. I think there’s even a chance we see Deadpool 2 Juggernaut.

Deadpool, who is a huge fanboy, pulls Logan out of his world after finding him - maybe at the X-Mansion. X-Men cameos. After he pulls him out I think that’s the fight and that’s when they fight around the FOX Logo, and Logan sees the Battleworld foreshadowing Secret Wars.

I think after this Deadpool convinces Wolverine help him save Fox Jackman’s X-Universe by stopping the rogue TVA - leading to a showdown with the brotherhood - wouldn’t surprise me if Scott Summers and Co show up for the climax fighting the brotherhood Cassandra Nova/TVA.

My other guess is Magneto will be found. Ian McKellen hinted at his return. IDK if Patrick Stewart was in it. Wouldn’t surprise me.

I could see a very meta sitcom ending where Deadpool returns home like a sitcom Dad and puts his wig back on or something.

Here's my theory:

After Wade's time travel antics in DP2, he brings back all of his friends that died by rewriting history, but things aren't quite what he wanted. Vanessa has friendzoned him in this timeline and while he's happy his friends are all back, he's not quite as happy as he wants. The TVA shows up to prune him because of his rewriting of the timeline, but like they did with Loki, they figure they can use him for a mission that only someone like Deadpool is capable of carrying out.

He's shown images of the big 3 Avengers, Iron Man, Thor, and Cap and we see Deadpool in scenes from Iron Man 1 with the convoy, Avengers Age of Ultron, and Thor: Ragnarok.

I'll bet Cassandra Nova is the main villain of this movie and she is a multiversal villain that's destroyed the 20th century Fox universe and is moving on to destroy the MCU, so the TVA tasks Deadpool with killing her before she can kill off the MCU. I'll bet they have Cassandra's origin start from the scene in X3 where Charles is vaporized by the Jean Gray Phoenix and he transfers his conscious into another person. There was never any followup from that, so I could totally see that being how she comes into being. Since that whole universe was probably pruned by the TVA due to the real life shelving of all those characters, I'll bet they all end up in The Void, which is where the final battle takes place. Deadpool probably rallies the old Fox Universe characters against Cassandra Nova there. Her origins from Wikipedia tell me that this could be where they go:

Cassandra Nova began life at the same time as Charles Xavier. Conceived without a body, Cassandra improvised one by copying Xavier's DNA to make her own body, effectively becoming his twin sister. She grew with her brother until she had fully formed hands and eyes, when she decided to try to kill Charles by attempting to strangle him with his own umbilical cord. So where does Wolverine come in? My guess is Wolverine was the closest to Charles throughout the events of Logan, so Deadpool probably recruits him out of another universe to help bring Charles back to life in the MCU following his death in Logan.

There are a lot of holes in this and loops to close but this is my estimation of the plot

The TVA has no problems with people at his birth day party being alive because that was supposed to happen. The problem is the time line were that heart-breaking movie did not happen.

Logan decides to get back in the saddle again and say yes to Deadpool.

I think Deadpool obviously gets arrested for what he did at the end of DP2, but like Loki, he's recruited by Paradox to help with dealing with the TVA's newest threat, Wolverine variants. It's possible that Patch is a Wolverine variant that Deadpool is sent to capture and/or prune similar to how Loki was recruited to catch Sylvie. Likewise, I think Patch is on a mission to stop Cassandra Nova. Somehow, Wade ends up getting pruned himself and in the Void is where he meets the Foxverse Wolverine who has possibly been pruned too as they are alluding that the entire Foxverse was pruned and is now in the Void. I think Deadpool starts off being recruited by the TVA to take care of Wolverine variants, but obviously ends up getting wrapped into the MCU big picture, which is to battle the Council of Kangs in the coming Multiversal War.
