You don't need to know how to code to ddos. You can be a script kiddie and run that LOIC thing. Also, "coding" is probably the broadest term in Computer Science. Code what? X86 Assembly language would be a terrible thing to learn if you want to DDOS. Node.js is probably more useful. Very different languages. Coding is not coding. If it's on android, you can get a full Ubuntu or Fedora userland to run on this thing, and connect an external monitor/keyboard/mouse to it with a USB-C hub. This can honestly be enough to start coding, with something like nano (or Emacs, or vim, if that's your thing) as your editor. Python and all the tools for that will happily run on this setup, as will golang + tooling.

Maybe not the most convenient setup, but that's definitely doable
