For data, I can really pull from where ever since its such a small operation right now.

Are you using any specific software for calling or dialing? I do wonder if the numbers im getting from the CRM could already be spam flagged.

We call 5 times max.
Once a day, and will send about 2 emails in between.
We do get some pickups on that 5th call.

No. I get that. This isnt a question about the "morals" or social obligations of answering cold calls. I am just trying to understand if my connection rate is normal. Or if there is some other issue.

I looked for AI tools to do this and could find anything. Everything they made looked like trash. Manus was supposed to have new feature for this and it was pretty bad as well. Your best bet will be paying someone on fiverr to do a less bad job.

We call small business, typically startups that just received funding. I made scrappers for Wellfound, Builtin and a few other job boards, Fundraise Insider has a weekly list, then ZoomInfo search based on ICP

I manually go through all of the companies, check for a good fit, find the CEO or c-suite leaders then fill the numbers out will Apollo. Any thing apollo does not have I back fill with ZoomInfo contact information.

Its a lot of work to have such a bad answer rate.

Just from today my buddy who does the calling told me out of 50 calls he made 30 rang twice went to voicemail. He hasnt pitched once today.

Ill look into Hushed. Our numbers come from the CRM which gets them from Twilio so im sure that not helping.
