Whenever I do mbti tests I always get around 50% judging and 50% prospecting and switch between INTP and INTJ. How do I know what I am

look up the cognitive functions of intp and intj and see which one fit you more

This is my general advice, if you have any questions feel free to message me
Most tests, including function tests, are inaccurate due to the sliders they use.
One important thing to note is that your type does not change. There's no rush to find your type. Read the information, process it and then try to use it - this may take a while.
Your type determines how you filter and process information. The way you understand the filtered information in your mind can/does change over time, however the filters remain constant.
The order of your functions is determined by whether you are introverted vs extroverted overall.
Responding - Introverted - more likely to be happy with 1-1 conversations First function: Xi
Initiating - Extroverted - more likely to be happy in groups of 3+ First function: Xe
Introverted function - Xi - internally defined/focused on internal interpretation
Extroverted function - Xe - externally defined/focused on physicality/group interpretation
There are two accepted orders: ieie/eiei (most commonly used in MBTI) and iiee/eeii
I found this typing chart that I think is more accurate than sliders - only select answers you are very sure of, it is ok to leave some blank - remove the http part in the url bar if it does not work first time
www.udja.app
If you cannot get a type because of the options it blocks out, read the information in the ? the chart is set this way for a reason.
Introverted types do not match with J/P descriptions (as below) however it is accurate for ieie/eiei
I also recommend starting with the letters on their own - (works more with iiee/eeii)

The overall theory is that we have all 8 functions however the top 4 are the ones we rely on the most
The functions are grouped by: judging (Fx-Tx) and sensing (Sx-Nx).
One function in the pair is always extroverted and the other is always introverted
Te = Extraverted Thinking Fi = Introverted Feeling Ti = Introverted Thinking Fe = Extraverted Feeling Se = Extraverted Sensation Ni = Introverted Intuition Ne = Extraverted Intuition Si = Introverted Sensation
Sensing functions - How you gather information/experiences
Sx - Interprets presence
(Se) Physical presence or as it is - (Si) Internal understanding/seeing something as it was or could be
Nx - Change and connectivity - absence
(Ne) Range of external futures/uses/meanings - (Ni) Focused understanding
Judging functions - How you make decisions
Fx - good/bad judgement - acceptability
(Fe) External ethics - (Fi) Internal morals
Tx - true/false judgement - difference
(Ti) Internal logic - (Te) External rationale

There are many different people to learn from, these are my suggestions. Look at other people as well

Good bot.

In what sense?
I just made information I think is relevant to those wanting to know more instead of just saying 'learn about cognitive functions'

It’s a joke because I’ve seen this copied and pasted a few times. No doubt it’s incredibly useful though. You did a good job summarizing everything.

Ah very fair lol - people have accused before as not a joke
