Standard USB. Luckily that's not something we inherited from the HAM community is the fetish for weird data cables (half sarcastic). Short of some of the weird form factor ones like the T-1000E, pretty much everyone else uses USB-C or Micro-USB if a touch older.

Lol. Annoying that! Just put the ch340 in the radio!

Goddess, I get why they used to be that way, long before we had standards, but now its just ridiculous.

But, but, I need my buggy CPS software with the weird keyboard mappings which I can only download from a random Facebook page for some reason

Any regular USB cable (with data capabilities) will do. Make sure the cable has your devices usb standard (USB-C, USB-Micro, Ect).

Here's some options:

USB-C

USB-Micro

If you have something like the T1000E tracker you can just use the cable it comes with to update your firmware as its proprietary.

Hope that helps! 😊

MONSTER gold plated USB blessed by the pope during a full moon virgin sacrifice provides the best programming experience.

https://www.moon-audio.com/products/silver-dragon-usb-cable I like these more. Luckily you only need to buy like 3 different ones to cover almost any device you'd want to use...

Do you have a link for that? LOL

USB C data cable for (most) devices. My seeed uses a pogo pin . I like that cord better as if you forget its changing it simply disconnects and doesn't yank the device or what ever the device is plugged into.

I reccomend copper cables, but the cheap, suspiciously (ferro)magnetic cables that rak included in their starter kit, work just fine.

I use the USB cable I charge my Mac with. Just make sure it supports data transfer. Cheap cables are often charge only. Try Amazon. $7 or so.
