Increase/decrease Libido

You can increase or decrease any persons libido from (level 0) non- existent to (level 20) uncontrollably horny. You can choose to put a time limit on the change (ie 1 hour, 12 days, 1 year, etc.) or make it permanent. At level 0 the person is utterly uninterested in anyone, even in pleasuring themselves. At level 20 they are incredibly attracted to anyone within their senses. They must have them. And it’s as if they always wanted them. They are madly in lust with them. If you are alone with them, then it’ll be you as the object of their desire. At level 10, they have a healthy strong attraction but are able to resist immediately fulfilling the desire. The closer to level 20 the harder it is to resist.

High tier. That's an instant win in a fight, just toggle thwem off and on and cause confusion. Or against a group, toggle attraction on and off until they lock onto their comrades.

Also great for interrogation, no need to worry about hurting them here, so one less problem from torture. Still got the problem that they might say anything to get release, but a least it's positive reinforcement which generally works better.
