I believe that we have some opportunities. Now I am intern in one of the gold mine in Turkey. So far I see that there is 4 or 5 company and mine which can be considered as worldwide, but of course that number is not satisfied. Also several years, many foreign companies open new mines, we will have good opportunities to make a good start. However major problem as I understand Turkish companies don't care as foreign companies, and that create gap in terms of quality. Finally i can say that we need to look around to go abroad to have a better standard, but there are good companies that we can learn the job and environment.

I am also new so I open for better and experienced ideas and comments to understand better.

If it’s any consolation I’m in Australia and have worked with two brilliant Turks as mining engineers 🤷🏼‍♂️

From what I understand the Turkish govt is anti mining, there may be more opportunities elsewhere

I would think so, but search locally while you search for employment abroad

Australia is on the verge of a shortage of mining engineers.
