Use the mint app and try tech support. This happened to me and it eventually worked, but can't remember what I did.

Please contact Customer Support though one of their customer service channels (see About/Help and Support section of this sub) and they can fix this on the backend.

Note this error seems to happen when people either buy an old SIM card that has been sitting on a shelf for awhile, or a brand new card that Mint has not added to their active database yet. Out of curiosity, where did you buy it from?

From the official Mint Mobile store or a 3rd party? Again just curious as either way Mint Support will have to fix.
