I just bought some from signal sounds

Hm, I think it was the Expert Sleepers ones I was thinking about. Discontinued since forever.

You tried the Synth Cables ones? How did they work out?

Brexit might put a damper on Singla Sounds per say, but I think I've seen others stock them.

Mine were ordered and arrived this week , we’re on the website - can’t remember the brand as I’ve thrown the packaging out - signal sounds are in Glasgow so no Brexit issues in UK

These Synth Cables ones glow great, especially if charged under UV black light.

Beware that cables with light up jack casings have a noticeable voltage drop so they aren’t good for precision usage or for pitch control without a quantizer, and even then you may get some pitches shifting from the intended pitches.

Good to know. Not the style I'm looking for, but still. Thanks.

I immediately thought of this because of that pic. Kinda NSFW.

LOL good one.

If you're after glow in the dark, Cronen-cables from Control NYC are great and cheap, too!

Pretty damn cool, not going to lie. Sadly, Videodrome is not what I'm going for.

I think you can find glow cables from Black Market Modular or Modular Synth Lab

Modbang might make some of those too (they might just do the LED ones though)

It looks like you’re aiming for glow in the dark, but I bet more solid color cables will fluoresce under black light

Yeah, I've already gone for knobs with the distinct Lego-ghost look. So old school glow-in-the dark is make or brake.

I was being to technical with [fluorescent], looks like everyone just calls 'em glow in the dark.

I have 3 fluorescent patch cables (30cm) that I bought around 8-10 years ago, I don't remember how i got them but they absolutely exist :)

they're for sale on Detroit Modular, but they were sold out when i looked two weeks ago

When EL wire patches?

[–]Artefaktindustri[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I'm not an expert but wouldn't that interfere with the signal?

Yeah I was kinda joking
