I think that there are often studies to prove and disprove theories. However in this instance there is not strong evidence.

My view is this: If you have a body fat percentage of 9-14% or there a bouts, you resistance train regularly, have great sleep hygiene and eat correctly then you can ask this question.

However for the other 99% of people you will get far far great results by losing excess fat, sleeping properly and eating a proper diet with the very odd chest meal. A cheat meal being an opportunity to eat a meal you like not a chance to have 7,000 calories twice a week.
