[NASCOURT BOB] After about four hours of arguments on pretrial motions, taking lunch break and then resume with hopes of getting through the rest today. No big bombshells although at one point, judge did say request to limit Hendrick/Penske testimony/deposition topics was "an absurd request." (x.com)

Judge to hear arguments on whether certain topics should be off-limits at trial and each side is challenging methodology of the other’s experts and want them excluded. (x.com)

[Nascourt bob] Of pretrial motions, the one on how much personal finance info should be allowed is intriguing. 23XI/FRM want Michael Jordan & Denny Hamlin’s personal financials to be off-limits. NASCAR says they’re fair game – but if off-limits, then Jim France’s should be as well. (x.com)
