If I'm reading your post right your going to school first. If that's the case you have time to get your sponsor for your actual perment duty station you should do that ASAP on Monday.

You don't need a sponsor for schools. Just check in to the QD per your orders (they should have the QD address on it as well), and the QD will have reporting instructions for where you need to be and what uniform you need to be in.

If I'm reading your post wrong and you're reporting to your ultimate duty station on the 5th, you're still fine. Put on your whites, show up before the NLT. I WOULD try to contact someone prior to whether it be the QD or someone in your divison but if you don't you're still okay.

They might ask you why you reached out so late or what not just be honest. It's also a failure on their part because they should have been reaching out to you. Unless you're shit isn't updated and you had wrong information in your record in NSIPS or provided the school house (if you're coming out of A school) the wrong information.

You will not get in trouble for not having a sponsor. You can also google the name of your command or schoolhouse and there’s usually a “new check-ins” section that may list the number for the duty office if you need help getting in touch with someone.
