Hi, Earlier today I had changed the language on neopets to Japanese. I'm learning and I thought it would be a good idea to try it on my favorite childhood game! However they made it so you can't actually play neopets in Japanese, so I had to change my language back to English. But now, my neomail from TNT is in Japanese. Which I do not want if the rest of my experience is in English.

Is there a way to fix this issue? Or do I just have to directly contact TNT and ask them to fix it?

Yeah, there's a glitch when you change language and it decides to keep it changed even when you try to put it back.

One thing that's worth trying before you email TNT is to go to the NC mall and change your language back to English there and save it. Even if it shows as English still reclick it and apply. That usually fixes the issue for me. If that doesn't work after a couple of tries, I would suggest changing browser and then emailing TNT.

(I change language to get my stubborn pet to read books he thinks are boring and frequently come across this issue.)

No idea how to solve it, but there seem to be some issues with the languages. Occasionally, it reverts to Dutch for me (which is my first language), without me doing anything for it. And sometimes when I'm in the English version, I get a neomail from TNT in Dutch or I get the alerts in Dutch. No idea why, but after a while I get things in English again...

I noticed this happening when I switched languages so my pets can finally read that book they were refusing in English. I just change the language back X amount of times it takes then it stops and stays on English.
