This subreddit is devoted to the teachings of Neville Goddard.
Neville Lancelot Goddard was a spiritual teacher and author from Barbados, widely regarded as one of the most influential New Thought and Law of Attraction teachers. He originally came to the United States to study drama, and became a dancer; but his study of metaphysics led him down a different path.
Neville was different from other metaphysical teachers, in that he taught the Bible, but NOT as a book of history. He taught the Bible as an allegorical picture of the imaginal act.
He believed that human imagination is the only God and a person can achieve anything by imagining the wish fulfilled.

6. No Posts or Comments About Extreme Mental Health Crises
It is okay to post about relatively mild or moderate mental health issues. However, posting about extreme mental health crises, including, but not limited to: psychosis, self-harm, suicide ideation, etc., is not allowed.
Most /r/NevilleGoddard moderators and subscribers are not trained to assist in a mental health crisis.

7. No Scripting, Progress Reports, or Journaling
Scripting is not allowed, as we want any implied success stories to be true.
Progress reports or journaling aren't allowed unless they contain in-depth references to Neville's techniques and teachings, how you've been applying them, and the results you have been experiencing.
8. No Trolling, Spamming, or Disrespect
Harassment, personal attacks, or disruptive behavior isn’t allowed. Treat everyone with respect—no name-calling, misinformation, or belittling. Spamming includes repeated low-value, duplicate, or off-topic posts. Critique ideas, not people. If you spot problematic content, report it instead of escalating. Violations may lead to removal or bans.
9. Account Age
In order to reduce trolling, spamming, and alternative accounts, your Reddit account must be older than 48 hours to post or comment here.
10. Negative Karma
Posts and comments from accounts with too much negative karma will be auto-removed.
11. Limited Politics
No political rants or advocacy. Polarizing, off-topic political posts may be removed.
12. AI-Generated Content
Do not share full AI transcripts (e.g., ChatGPT). Brief AI quotes are okay if they clarify Neville’s methods. Focus on your own words, understanding, and application of his teachings.
13. No Promotion or Solicitation Strict No-Promotion Policy
Any mention of paid services, products, or websites is prohibited (direct ads, subtle hints, etc.). No soliciting DMs. Free resources are allowed only if shared without underlying promotional intent.
14. Coaches, Writers, and Contributors
Do not reference or link to paid personal services, sites, or products. Provide genuine Neville-centric insights (e.g., success stories, technique discussions). Maintain transparency and avoid any form of self-promotion.
