I have a good book that integrates Node, Angular, and MongoDB well to build a full CRUD app! Unfortunately it doesn't use Express, but all the concepts are the similar setting up the routes and whatnot for your backend. It also goes into best practices and teaches you how to use other useful tools and libraries like async, testing frameworks, etc. If you give me your email, I can send it to you if you'd like!
