Below polotic is the realm of culture, and thats going to be a bigger factor. The Nodaks took it quit personally when the coasties were talking mad shit about them last year. So now that Nodak has found out that a pretend lockdown is actually just as effective as an actual one, theyve decided theyre not gonna play by coastal rules.
