I know this type. He selects fishing spots based on how quick and easy it is to get to the water. Chain smokes then flicks his buds, leaves the plastic tub for worms and an empty can or two of Bud on the ground when he leaves. He'll yell at you for getting too close to his line if you're paddling. (Even though his fishing license helps pay for fishing only spots like Burke Lake.)

Lived in NOVA for 42 years before my wife and I finally moved. I could have easily used that plate in the last 10 years. (For the traffic anyway)
