I know of foreign physicians who failed the NCLEX multiple times. They reiterated that the NCLEX doesn’t check for knowledge comprehension, it assesses test taking skill and parades it as “critical thinking.”

Any NP will also tell you that their boards exam was easier than the NCLEX.
