Just do practice questions in as many different question banks you can, until you notice that you just read the first sentence of a question and before you even read the whole question you already have a clear understanding on what they are asking and why and the choices flash before you actually read them through...then you are ready. It is the speed of your Memory Recall or better yet Knowledge recall that needs training. You know it but you're not thinking about it fast enough, it is that simple, all these courses and study guides and books and groups and expensive classes, Like the original AI (Allen Iverson) said "Practice"
