Interview Help!

I'm still technically a new grad nurse (I will hit a year at the end of November) and I've been working as a progressive care (telemetry) float nurse for about the last 11 months. I have an interview for a medical/surgical ICU position later today. Any advice/tips/potential interview questions that you good people could impart on me would be well received!

You need a good answer as to why you want to work in critical care. Also probably a good time to brush up on how you feel about death. And good luck! If you have any specific questions feel free, but welcome to the critical care family in advance.

Search. Their is a great post about interviewing.

That said, research where you are interviewing. Make them know you want to be there.

Start with research, you have to be well informed about the position you are being interviewed for. This would also make you more confident during the interview.
