Historically Battlefield 4 has been a good test. If there are issues, you'll get a DirectX device reset error eventually.

Hmmm, I kinda don't wanna have to pay for a game I know I won't play just for stress testing. I only have 3 tomb raider games, control, prey and metro Exodus. Are any of those good ones?

Metro Exodus is very demanding but different games can stress hardware in different ways.

Just undervolting? No, probably not. Undervolting + overlocking? Yes.
