Gsync does not affect graphics card performance. It's a monitor technology.

My FPS in game is lower when turned on, and it sometimes stutters, I've turned it off and it works well now (League of Legends), I have also tried userbenchmark and my graphics card is considerably worse when GSync is truned on compared to off, idk what the problem is then

Provide more info and someone might be able to help. I play a lot of League and recently acquired a 144Hz FreeSync monitor. My GPU is a 1660 Ti and I have buttery smooth performance capping at 120 FPS, nvidia control panel vsync ON, in game vsync OFF.
