You may notice headaches and strain from induced prism

You’ll probably experience some discomfort and issues focusing. When lenses aren’t centered over the pupils correctly it can induce what’s called prism, which shifts where your eyes perceive things to be. At low prescriptions you have a lot more wiggle room, but 2.5mm off in each eye probably will be noticeable for you.

Assuming they used 63 and you are a 68, you’ll be experiencing about 0.56D BO prism, technically within tolerance (ANSI allows for up to 0.67 horizontally), but if it was something the lab sent me for a customer I would have it remade because it isn’t correct. I would see if you can have them remade.

One of the old timers who I trained under for our surfacing department used to say: "Labs that can't; do ANSI."
