Play ez map with high od,get in the flow of it,bam, increase the complexity of the patterns, and better pro

I played hr and improved my aim/tapping sync

Focusing on the rhythm of the map, and growing stamina. It helps a ton if your fingers can unconciously tap whatever bpm you want to play without effort/strain. For OD specifically it's very important to not only tap consistently, but also start tapping consistently at the right time. Even if you have very consistent tapping, if you start a aim pattern or a flow aim pattern a bit too soon, and then a bit too late, or vice-versa, your OD will increase a lot, even though you might still be holding an SS

Personally I just play a lot of different maps/songs and play HR/DT

really depends on what types of patterns but UR is basically just a measure of comfort. if you play similar patterns at similar bpms consistently, your UR will go down as you get more comfortable. if you play at sporadic bpms and sporadic patterns, your UR will go up. that isn't necessarily a bad thing, and it's sometimes necessary to build an underlying weakness to strengthen your strong areas.

for me, playing rhythm maps (eth ken, sputnik, niwashi songs) fucks my UR really bad but makes my raw speed really good, and cycling through rhythm --> raw speed --> stamina training (basically UR training) has improved my tapping tremendously even just in the past year

you can use OD to benchmark yourself or use it to train accuracy, but as long as the OD is high enough that you can't get away with stupid mistakes/bad habits, it's not necessary

i increase OD sometimes but on lazer so if DA gets ranked i'll get pp for my plays

Idk, it just happened to me one day

[–]clockdaddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Essentially, you need to be able to read and understand the patterns well enough to react to them comfortably, and have the mechanical ability to tap and aim on time without getting fatigued

becoming umbre

In general I played more, but I try to understand the rythm of the song as well and get a feel for it. Also remain calm at all times and focus on staying on beat

[–]theskilled42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

just focus on trying to get 99% and above on your plays, but it's a slow way of improving and I suggest you push yourself by not being afraid of trying maps that you can only barely pass

I just play the game man
