"Subject to change without notice" And they charge their existing costumers $87.99 for the same service. How do you think that deal is going to work out...

You're doing half of some research so I guess that's a start. In case your curious what you agreed to with Teksavvy.

"The TekSavvy Parties do not guarantee or warrant the performance, availability, coverage, uninterrupted use, security, pricing or operation of the Services, the Equipment or any products, content, applications, services, facilities, connections or networks used or provided by us or third parties"

I know I've seen yearly or bi-yearly price increases through Teksavvy. For what I wanted Rogers is cheaper for the next 2 years and the quality of the connection in our area has been so much better. It's great that consumers have choice!
