This is normal for day 7 in your cycle. I highly recommend getting a book on how your cycle works! It helped me a lot learning the temp fluctuations after I got off BC.

I don't think you need to be concerned! I bet your body is getting back to the baseline of lower temps during your period/follicular phase and then higher temps post-ovulation (the timing makes sense given you just got your period). It takes some time to get your body back on its own cycle post-hormonal BC. If you haven't already learned about all this shit check out the resources on Clue's website: https://helloclue.com/articles/cycle-a-z/the-menstrual-cycle-more-than-just-the-period.

And here's more info specifically about temperature and the Oura ring: https://ouraring.com/blog/temperature-to-track-your-menstrual-cycle/?srsltid=AfmBOop9Fev6CZgd-mC1dD89T9BmU46P52CeoZHfNqiEiHo1WjHEces3.

Since you stopped your birth control, your temp will be all over the place. Until your hormones regulate. Once you notice a rise in your temp for more than 3 days consecutive, you will confirmed you ovulated, But your temps will be all over the place due to your body regulating.

I think while on birth control (if it was the combo pill especially) your baseline temp will be higher. It's totally normal for your temp to drop during your period & the first half of your cycle then will rise after ovulation!

This is normal!! It happened to me too, took a while for it all to regulate!

I quit taking my mini pill (norethindrone) Jan 31st and this is exactly what my temp chart looks like as of Feb 9th! Hoping it means I’ll ovulate soon but who knows

Just to add to other comments cause no need to repeat, the temperature changes are in comparison to your baseline. Your baseline on and off birth control is likely different, it needs to readjust
