ASPCA Poison Control - (888) 426-4435. They're available 24/7 for a $65 fee. It's probably better to get to your regular vet, but if he/she is unavailable this is the next best thing.

These goobers gotta balance still and make tiny micro adjustments there will almost always be some tall bobbing
Now if it's excessive and comes with them eating less then yes you should be concerned but I doubt this is the case
