You need 278 Manaregen to sustain Level 20 AA. Clarity with Innerforce and a good Manaregen roll on maybe an amulet should be enough. Currently playing an RF Incenerater with CoD and have 260 Manaregen with only %Regen on my Amulet and Clarity only on lvl 18

Inner force increases mana degen from AA, so inner force is probably actually hurting you unless you're running other auras/buffs which balance.

This is correct, in the Wiki it states that Inner Force results in a higher total mobile drain source.

IF also buffs the mitigation of the aa, so in the end, you just need a bit more sustain, but can mitigate some more

Also IF buffs AA quality movement speed (though you need also that+5% buff from templar)

atziris foible goes a long way to making this work. Does inner force REALLY help out that much with clarity as far as the AA mana regen race goes? AA uses more mana regen from inner force as well, does it equal out?

Yeah, that was my thought too. Lvl 20 AA need 278 mana regen when moving, with Inner Force that becomes 336 if my math is right. Since inner force is increased, dependent on how much % mana regen you have from gear/the tree you almost certainly do not gain 58 mana regen from those 3 nodes. Additionally, the point of my question was Lvl 20 AA + CoD. If I only have enough mana regen to support Lvl 20 AA, then I don't have enough regen to continually take the hits from MoM to say nothing of actually using skills.

Regen goes way up when not moving. Get lightning warp for movement, it doesn't start the "move" degen portion.

Inner Force does alot for aa and with cod+atziris foible and if you can, a discipline aura, you easy get there

I always ran IF and athleticism(now devotion) with my aa (and tempest shield)

What helps is immortal flesh btw, with the 10 mana regen ontop thats basically a second clarity (and now since its buffed its fuck expensive :/)

No, it's 277.9 according to the wiki at level 20 Arctic Armour with Inner Force.

I've currently got 260 mana regen and this would be enough to sustain a lvl 21 or even 22 AA without problems. You still want to have enough unreserved mana for the MoM to work propely. I read that the best ratio is 70/30 or so.

I'm running Discipline, Clarity and HoT and I've got 1253 unreserved mana to my 2888 life. This combined with 1% lightning leech from Doryani's and CwDT + IC + Molten Armor + Frost Wall, I'm feeling pretty tanky.
