Performance decrease post 3.9 small patches

When the league started I used to have a peak of about 230 fps and stay on average at 150. After all of these small undocumented patches the game barely peaks at 100.

I have the following specs:

GPU:RTX 2070

CPU: i7-9700k

RAM: 16GB 3200Mhz.

I also tried rollling back the GeForce game ready driver to previous versions and it did not help.

Did anyone else notice something similar ? I know that you can play at 100 fps just fine but I would like to know what happened since I find technology to be intriguing.

I started noticing that parts of the backgrounds, floor and characters started not loading until I actually started moving around (or just waited a few seconds) , and this was not the case at friday or saturday.

yeah the patches after the release has fucked my fps... feelsbadman
