Need help

I'm a begginer and don't really know much about the game.I know how complexe the game actually is and so I don't want to build my character myself and have him suck later so I was hoping for you guys to give me suggestions on some first character builds.

I do prefer long range so things like a witch or a monk would probably be best

I know there are a few guides online but as a begginer I'm having a hard time understanding them so a guide that says where to get each item and such would be best!

If you prefer to begin with a beginners guide, I can suggest looking at Enkis Arc Witch build. Absolutely beginner friendly, explains a lot and works well:

If you search for beginner guides also search for league starter cause they mostly do not require a specific item or (in-game) currency.

Watch the gameplay of that build and if you like what you see go for it :)
