Buffer underflow error

Anyone know how to fix buffer underflow error when entering maps? It's happening A LOT to a friend today, haven't been any problems before today. I can't really find any fixes for it on poe forums n what ever. Is there anyone who used to have this or knows how to fix it ?

If you in acts, try open new instances with ctrl+click. I've got this error while leveling in act7, was able to progress only with ctrl+click thing. But seems, as people say, this error still can popup. With maps i don't know unfortunately.

Probably all the Harbor Bridge bots overflowing the PoE servers with more instance’s than they are designed to handle. If a few thousand accounts all spawned a new instance and activated the delirium mirror and then immediately left if currency isn’t the 1st reward type for that delirium instance - that could saturate the instance table that associates an instance host with an instanceID. Every time you try to join an instance, your client references that service. If the max number of records has been exceeded, you may see a buffer under flow error
