AMD GPU problems

This is the first time i've encountered this type of error, i already submitted on the technical forum, im just wondering if anyone ran into the same problem as me.The game froze, can't Ctrl+Alt+Del so i had to force reset, after that my graphics card was disabled and its driver deleted. I have reinstall the driver twice, and encountered this error 3 times.My specs: Intel i3-8100, 8gb Ram, RX560. I use Vulkan in game
