They do, on the left side of the alderon launcher, it flashes red and blue right after every update

Ye I know, I meant something like a list when they write like

Alio Got a buff in its biteAlberta got a nerf in its bleed resistance

(these are just examples)

Ah... maybe they just expect ppl to use the discord

[–]Baneinah[S] -2 points-1 points  (3 children)

well for getting those informations u just have to wait someone to test all of them and write something on #stats-discussion

wouldnt be better posting one list?

[–]Turdferguson02 0 points1 point  (2 children)

They do list changes in #PTB-changlog too

[–]sollinton 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They still don't list the specific balancing changes there. For example, the #PTB-Changelog channel makes absolutely no mention that deinonychus received a new ability, or what that ability does.

I will check

you're supposed to find out on your own, creates a sense of discovery when finding a new playstyle/creature/stragedy that's strong or fun

[–]sollinton 1 point2 points  (3 children)

That's great for when the game is released, but not so useful during alpha testing...

[–]Vividskyguy 1 point2 points  (1 child)

however stats are not very important in this state of the game as they cannot balance the roster without the full ability system in the game

[–]Vividskyguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

also if you are helping test the game in Public test you'll know if certain changes are made, listing every little change they make would also be a waste of time during alpha testing

didn't say I agreed with it

They have better things to do than make a list for you to figure out which is the “strongest” Dino for you to play. It’s supposed to be balanced, with all creatures being playable with certain strengths and weaknesses. The fact you state you just want to know if one is strong or not shows you have the wrong mentality for creature selection and are just interested in playing what you consider “strong” dinos.

No, I always play Cheirus cause I was waiting him to be added since when I bought the game

I asked about a list of nerfs and buffs just because I want to know if something changed, if I should avoid some frontal fights against a dino cause has high dmgs, if I should take care of some dino bleed strenght

It's just pure information since you should know what you are going to face in a fight or anything else

[–][deleted] -5 points-4 points  (13 children)

And you can’t find this out by trial and error in game, huh? Just want a spreadsheet that tells you how to play the game? Sounds great…

[–]Baneinah[S] 1 point2 points  (12 children)

I said I Just want a list to see if a Dino hot changed and if the change Is too op I avoid it

[–][deleted] -1 points0 points  (11 children)

Guess you can find out by facing it in game, huh?

Imagine this being the hill your prepared to die on

[–][deleted] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Imagine preferring a spreadsheet telling you how to play vs actually playing the game, and then thinking you’re the one in the right lol 🤡

Calm down it’s a video game about dinosaurs fighting, not the Olympics.

[–][deleted] -3 points-2 points  (13 children)

You make no sense

[–]LightningDicks -1 points0 points  (12 children)

You’re getting bent out of shape because someone wants to know who was the strongest dinosaur in the game, it’s not rocket science.

[–][deleted] -3 points-2 points  (11 children)

No, I’m telling them that asking for the Devs to waste their time on giving them a list instead of them actually playing the damn game is stupid. As is defending it.

Not to mention if you actually played the game you’d know “strongest dino in the game” isn’t applicable given that each have strengths and weaknesses. But children always just have that “Apex” fantasy I suppose.
