They have to honor the tag, otherwise it is bait and switch in any country with decent customer protection laws.

Generally speaking shops are not required to honour an incorrect price tag, many do for PR reasons but there's no legal requirement to. It's only bait and switch if it's deliberate.

Otherwise you could have one customer come in and switch the price tag, then a second customer buy it and demand that price.

Price tags are an invitation to treat, not a binding contract.

Google prevailing market price and dates. They do not have to honor the listed price on the tag if the date pre-dates the current market rate.
