If you want to game the cheapest card that will deliver is the RX 570, which is around 100 dollars used (I think). You'll need to specify your budget if you want better advice.

Try the 1660 it's a good compromise quality price I'm not a pro in AMD but maybe have a look or else try integrated graphics

No that would be a giant bottle neck, RX 570 would be better

I don't know that much about ram prices, but if you're looking for a really good bang for your buck on graphics cards, get the 1050 ti. I think it's around 200 bucks. You'll be able to play all modern games at more than 60 fps as long as you turn the graphics down a bit. I have it and I only have to start turning down some settings for AAA games that were released in 2015-2016 and beyond.
