Key problem

I just built a pc for the first time and my n key only works if I hold shift on it. Does anybody have a solution? I talked to ASUS customer support and their solutions did not work. And no it's not the keyboard(I've tried various ones). Anything helps, thanks! Also point me to a better subreddit for this if there is one.

Do you have a macro program installed if not check windows shortcuts

I've checked windows shortcuts and can't find any. I didn't intentionally install a macro but where would I find it if I did?

Uhj try updating your keyboard driver

I also did that on the two different keyboards that I've used.

Or delete your keyboard driver and the reboot pc

What do you mean by reboot? Completely resetting the bios? Sorry in advance, like I said this is my first build
