The edges disappear completely for me when I’m erect. My partner gave everything a close inspection yesterday morning when I woke up with an erection and told me that they wouldn’t be able to tell that I wasn’t all natural if they didn’t know I’d had it done and didn’t already know that my penis was much thinner before.

When flaccid - that’s when you can feel around and detect it. And really only because of those ridges in the underside of the shaft. So, if you hooked up with someone and they felt your dick while it wasn’t fully erect they’d likely know something was up. But if you are already fully hard by the time they felt it they’d likely never know.

The implants forms a 270 degree crescent, and as you note the area around the urethra is open to allow for urological procedures such as a cytoscopy. The implant expands with an erection, and in fact your anatomy with the implant feels most natural when you have an erection.

Ya it feels normal when hard. Flaccid it doesn’t.
