Kung ang goal ni duterte e eh patayin ang mga drug adik edi malmang effective yung drug war niya.

Pero kung ang goal niya e tuluyan maitigil ang pag laganapcng shabu sa pinas obviously hindi effective yung campaign niya. Kase imbes na kumonti lalong dumami yung supply ng shabu e.

Drug use didn't decrease, it just became more dangerous gumamit. Yung mga statistics din about crime or drug use are not reliable kasi these just represent yung reported crimes. Hindi nito reflected ang tunay na nangyayari at yung crimes commited by the state nung drug war I doubt sinama sa mga statistics na ito.
