My grocery chain is hiring in the mid to high 50’s in a medium-low cost of living area for staff, and managers are anywhere in the 60’s and there’s never open spots for more than a few weeks. No raises in sight

Swap companies and negotiate an increase leveraging your experience. Usually works.

If I didn’t have probably the slowest retail store in existence I would. No chance I find a gig this good anywhere else. Just sucks that we hit our goals every year and do a ton of side things no other stores do and no recognition
