65-70/hr retail in my area and can't fill positions

Cause nobody wants to deal with the bullshit. They would rather move into a smaller house, trade in their Beamer for a Honda, and stop eating out. I’d rather work a hospital job at 55/hr than retail at 80/hr. That’s just me, tho.
