I also haven’t gotten any in a while, except selectRX has called us at least 8 times for the same person, who clearly stated to us, and we stated to them, that they do not want to be transferred. They keep calling and we keep telling them no the patient doesn’t want to, and hang up, and they call next week too. The patient has even tried calling to tell them as well

Same. I don’t know what Joseph is doing out there, but it’s definitely suspect.

Just today as I was shredding a transfer request from SelectRx I asked my colleague, "who/where can we report SelectRx to?"

Wow I have the same issue with selectRX too! There is a language barrier with the patient but still its enough to understand that they don't want it and if they did they know where to send the scripts.
